Our events are fun, crowd-pleasing affairs aimed to give you a good time. However, this unique experience often raises numerous questions and concerns, and we’re here to guide you through them all. How many people attend your events?

Our events are typically 300 to 1000 people on average.  However, that can vary on the low and high end depending on the event.

Do your events take place on a street or inside a venue?

Unless it is clearly stated otherwise, our Bar Crawls take place inside 3-7 venues and our Festivals take place inside 1 venue.

Do you have to be 21 years or older to attend our events?

Yes, since most of our events are inside venues that require you to be 21 years or older.

Can I purchase a ticket for another person?

Certainly!

Do “designated drivers” have to purchase a ticket?

Yes.  Unfortunately, we have to be fair to all customers and require them to purchase the same level of ticket. 

How do I get in contact with you by phone?

We prefer to keep all communication over email to make sure that everything is clear and we are giving you the best customer experience possible.  If you can please number out your questions or concerns and we would be happy to answer each of them!

How do I access my ticket? If you purchased your ticket through Eventbrite you should be able to access your ticket in the following two ways:
  1. Login to your Eventbrite Account and click on the “Tickets” option under your account drop down menu.  Under “Orders” click on the Event you will be attending.  Choose “Print Tickets” and you will have the option of printing or downloading a digital copy.
  2. Find the Order Confirmation Email from Eventbrite.  Scroll to the “Print Tickets” section of the email or bottom of the email to download a digital copy of your Ticket
I purchased a Bar Crawl ticket, when will I know more details about the schedule?

Our bar crawl schedule is typically emailed to you (and posted on our website) the afternoon/evening before the event. 

Do you offer refunds?

No, we have a strict no refund policy.  Like all other live events (concerts, sporting events, etc) refunds are not something we can offer.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, depending on the group size we offer discounts. Contact Us and we will let you know what we can do for you and your group!

Is it important to arrive on time to the event?

If you are attending our Bar Crawls we strongly suggest you arrive on time to our event since many of our penny drink vouchers have a strict redemption time/window (eg 12pm to 2pm etc.).  If you are attending our Festivals or other parties your timeliness is not as important but to get the most bang for your buck we suggest you attend on time; also sometimes food and beverage supplies run out early.
